The original purchaser may be issued store credit, receive a repaired item, or be issued a replacement item at the sole discretion of Spring Creek Fly Fishing, Ltd. Warranty claims may be directed to the original manufacturer or distributor, with our help for expedient service.

To request a return, please contact us. All items returned for credit must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

Spring Creek Fly Fishing, Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a re-stocking fee for reasons including, but not limited to: return requests greater than 30 days after shipment of an order, products returned with damage, returned product in used condition, or product with damaged packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from approved returns.
